We are so excited for November!
We have a few new classes. On Mondays, we have added an active recovery class for teens, which will give them an opportunity to stretch, build core strength, work on stability, and reflexes. On Tuesday at 9:30 AM and Wednesday 6:00 AM (Wed. 45 min) we have added a Sculpt class. This is similar to our power flow, but we have weights available and will work on sculpting and toning along with yoga.
I’d like to welcome Vanessa Hill to our Wednesday 9:30 AM multilevel flow class. She will be teaching for the month of November.
We are so deeply thankful and appreciative of everyone who has shared space with us over the past year. It’s been so wonderful getting to know everybody.
Please keep us in mind for parties, events, and teambuilding opportunities. We have used the studio for ladies nights out, team bonding, and birthday parties. Let’s get creative together.
